Before joining East House Creative, Antonio spent more than 13 years as a Senior Graphic Designer at The Star-Ledger, one of New Jersey’s leading newspapers. During his time there, he developed integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, direct mail, outdoor advertising, email marketing, and promotional events. His creative work supported subscription growth and numerous revenue-generating campaigns while demonstrating his ability to adapt to an evolving media landscape.
Antonio’s professional achievements were recognized throughout his career. Among his accomplishments was receiving First Place in the 2006 New Jersey Press Association Design Awards for The Star-Ledger’s “Picture Perfect” Photo Contest. Fellow designers also remember him as a mentor who willingly shared his knowledge and encouraged younger professionals entering the creative field.
Earlier in his career, Antonio worked for Ariston, a GDT Company, where he designed marketing materials for nationally recognized brands including McDonald’s, Disney, Barnes & Noble, Exxon, and Entenmann’s. These experiences helped establish the strong creative foundation that defined his professional journey.
Dedicated to lifelong learning, Antonio earned an Associate Degree in Visual Communications from The Art Institute of Philadelphia before completing additional certification in Digital Multimedia and Web Design at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He remained proficient in a wide range of industry-standard software and continuously expanded his skills to keep pace with advances in digital design and technology.
